Byers Volvo Cars

Highly recommend these guys especially if you want a good quality Volvo. They go above and beyond on their inspections as well for their used cars they have on lot Ralph was the guy that sold me on the car . He was very informative and answered all my 10,000 questions lol. The finance guy (forget his name) was a super down to earth and friendl guy! .

Ralph and the sales team at Byers Volvo took great care of me and accommodated my unusual and demanding requirements including my timeline and budget which was very challenging. They anticipated things I did not think of and were so patient, even when I changed my mind on the vehicle color halfway through the process. They offered aggressive pricing and terms to make this fit into my limited budget. They treated me like a VIP at all times and went above and beyond by being willing to re-deliver my vehicle an hour away after adding on a requested modification to my vehicle after the sale. They patiently explained everything on the vehicle and made this such a smooth and painless process. This is why I am a 4 time Byers customer and will keep going back to Byers first when I have any vehicle needs. As for the vehicle, this is my 2nd VOlvo XC-60 Re-Charge (2024 this time) and this one is even better than the last one (2019). For anyone who dreads the car buying experience, give the Byers team a chance to show you how painless it can be.

Buyers damaged my car. Then condescendingly tried to act like I did it get one over on them. Buyers then reluctantly tried to fix my car. Well Buyers did not fix it properly to say the least. As well as Buyers gave my car back with even more damage done to it. When I brought this up to the service manager he curtsied (reason unknown as to why he curtsied) handed me my keys and said we are done here. He then turned and walked away. I drove straight to True Performance from Buyers. True Performance then photographed and documented the old and new damages for me. The car that they did not fixed properly now has over 7K in damages thanks to Buyers. I spoke to my salesman (He was the only one that would actually speak to me. I feel they are ignoring me so I go away.) several times and was at one point asked to commit insurance fraud. They said for me to turn it into my insurance and they would pay the deductible. I can not make this up. Was told several time they would have the a manager Dave call me he never did. It is a shame that I have been repeated insulted, condescended to, flat out lied to, tossed aside and ignored for this long this all started back in Nov 22. I have attached images of original damage done by Buyers. Do not use Buyers go to Mag. This place is an embarrassment to Volvo and the American ideal of being accountable. So much more but I can not possibly put it all into words here.

Have leased three Volvo XC90 SUVs from Dustin Stygler and Byers Volvo over the past 9 years. Their service and pricing have always been excellent. Last week, we purchased a new Volvo XC90 and our daughter purchased a new Volvo XC60 from Dustin and Byers Volvo. 1.) Byers Volvo always has the best pricing, on leases or on new cars. They also consistently have the best stock on new Volvos. We have another Volvo dealer that is closer to us, but once again, we found the best pricing and selection at Byers Volvo. 2.) Dustin Stygler and Mark Zambito (Finance) were both incredibly helpful to us. Dustin worked with me via email and on the phone, and all the paperwork was completed for us and for our daughter before we even arrived there the next day. It was freezing cold, but Dustin sat with my daughter in her new XC60 and explained absolutely everything about the car (her first new car). Mark Zambito took care of our daughter in the same way, patiently and kindly explaining the ins and outs of auto financing to her. He answered every question she had, and took the time to make her feel comfortable with her purchase. 3.) I've bought a number of cars in my life, but the service at Byers Volvo is beyond compare. Dustin did not simply point us at our new cars and go back inside; he did 95% of the work in moving personal items from our old cars into the new ones; again, in freezing weather. My family and I highly recommend Byers Volvo, Dustin Stygler and Mark Zambito. You can't go wrong with these folks.
